Use of the platform 10brl constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each available product (Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games). If you do not agree with any provision set out here, do not use the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the 10brl regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior understanding, whether verbal or written. Acceptance is formalized at the time of registration, when you confirm that you have read and agreed to the contents of this document.

To create an account at 10brl and use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

The 10brl reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer process) at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within the established deadline may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — email and password. The 10brl recommends using strong passwords (combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters) and never sharing account access with third parties.

All actions carried out from your account — bets, deposits, withdrawals, and data changes — are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via chat or at suporte@10brl.best so your account can be secured.

The 10brl accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) via the following methods available to Brazilian users:

• Pix: instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays;
• Boleto bancário: credited within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card: credit within minutes of approval by the provider;
• Mercado Pago and PicPay: automatic processing subject to service availability;
• Bank transfer (TED): Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. Deposits below this amount will not be processed and will be returned to the original payment method. The 10brl does not charge fees on deposits, but any charges from financial institutions or card providers are the user's responsibility.

Withdrawals at 10brl are processed via Pix within 4 minutes after the request, available 24 hours a day. Pix is credited directly to the bank account linked to the registered Pix key, which must be in the account holder's name on the platform.

To request a withdrawal, the following criteria must be met:

• Available balance equal to or greater than the requested amount;
• KYC verification completed (identity documents approved);
• Any applicable bonus rollover requirement fulfilled, where applicable;
• Active account with no pending security restrictions;
• Pix key registered in the account holder's name.

There is no withdrawal fee charged by the 10brl. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$20.00. In cases of suspected fraud or data inconsistency, the 10brl may place the processing on hold for up to 72 hours for review, notifying the user by email.

The 10brl offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis — welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, holiday promotions, and exclusive offers for VIP program members. Each promotion has its own specific rules published on the offer page, and those rules form an integral part of these Terms.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses at the 10brl:

• Only one account per user may participate in each promotion;
• The bonus is credited to your bonus wallet, which is separate from your real balance, and can only be converted to real funds after the rollover requirement has been met;
• The rollover requirement is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made, as described in each promotion;
• Bets on games with an RTP above 97% may have a reduced or zero contribution toward the rollover, as specified in the promotion;
• Unclaimed bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically cancelled;
• The 10brl reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected misuse or breach of the rules.

Sports Betting at 10brl cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League, and over 30 other competitions), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), and e-sports, among others. All bets are subject to the following general conditions:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, unless the cash out feature is available and activated before the outcome is determined;
• If a game is cancelled or postponed before it begins, all bets are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance;
• If a game is interrupted after it has started, markets that have already been settled remain valid and the remaining ones are voided in accordance with the rules of each sport;
• Odds errors — clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error — may be voided by the 10brl, with a full refund of the amount wagered;
• The 10brl applies betting limits that vary by event, market, and user account level.

Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. The 10brl may suspend live markets at any time for integrity or technical stability reasons, without prior notice, returning all stakes placed on affected markets.

The casino catalogue at 10brl — including slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), crash games, and other table games — is provided by internationally certified third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Playtech.

Use of the platform 10brl assumes good-faith conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and possible balance retention:

• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (promotional abuse);
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs for personal gain;
• Making deposits through methods not linked to your own name (money laundering);
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or distribute bonuses;
• Submitting false or tampered documents during the KYC verification process;
• Filing a chargeback on a card after using the deposited balance for betting.

You can request account closure at any time through chat support or by email. After the closure request:

• The available real balance will be refunded via Pix within up to 5 business days, after the final identity verification;
• Bonus balances not converted to real balance will be cancelled;
• Any open bets at the time of the request will be settled according to the results, and the balance will be included in the refund.

The 10brl may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, bonus misuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9. In such cases, the real balance — excluding any amounts obtained through prohibited conduct — will be reviewed before any refund is issued.

The 10brl strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Unexpected downtime due to technical failures, infrastructure instability, or third-party issues does not give rise to any right to compensation.

The 10brl is not liable for losses arising from:

• Betting decisions made by the user based on information from external sources;
• User-side internet connection issues during game sessions;
• Unauthorized access to the account due to the user's own negligence with their credentials;
• Game results provided by certified third-party providers.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the 10brl to the user for any single event will not exceed the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event.

The 10brl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When relevant changes are made, you will be notified by email and by a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance, except in cases requiring immediate updates due to legal or regulatory requirements.
